- A charge on a card statement
- A box that arrived damaged or short

The back label names Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, with a telephone number and an email address beside it. That is the distributor of record as printed on the product, reproduced here because it is on the jar — not because this site speaks for them.
How to make a reply easy to write
Name the page and quote the sentence. If the question is about the product rather than the page, a photograph of the panel on your own jar settles in one step what a description takes three exchanges to pin down.
The one thing this desk will not do
Offer medical advice. Nobody here knows your history, your prescriptions or your reasons for asking, and those three things are what decide the answer. A pharmacist or a doctor has all of them in front of them.
